We currently ship throughout the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Order processing time: 1-2 business days (includes order verification, quality check, and packaging)
- Transit time: 3-5 business days
- Total delivery time: 4-7 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier's website.
5. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Generacg is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@generacg.shop and we will correct it if the order has not yet shipped.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact our support team at contact@generacg.shop with photographs where relevant, and we will resolve it promptly with a replacement or a full refund.
