Common questions

Where is my order? Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive within 4–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return an item? Yes. You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item in its original condition and packaging. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged. Email us photographs of the damage at contact@generacg.shop and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
