Refund policy

At Generacg, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at contact@generacg.shop with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address within 24 hours on business days.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection has been completed. Inspection is normally completed within 3 business days of the parcel arriving.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing policies, usually 5-10 business days.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from Generacg.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@generacg.shop and include photographs of the issue.
We will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate, at no cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other restrictions. Any non-returnable items are clearly identified on the relevant product page.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it ships. Email us at contact@generacg.shop with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
